Helvellyn

Helvellyn is a Key Stage 2 SEAS pathway class. Students are supported to work within their own Personal Progression Pathways through individualised plans and a functional and meaningful thematic and multi-sensory curriculum. While we do use the National Curriculum, this is adapted to suit the individual needs of the learners in class. 

Helvellyn students love being out in the community, embedding their learning and developing their social and communication skills. We aim to provide a range of experiences for our young people, including community days, shopping, listening walks and much more! It’s the perfect opportunity to practice our learning about money exchanging, road safety, social safety and more! We believe learning should be fun, creative and most importantly, shared and celebrated with our peers and local community.
